We provide limousine services at an additional cost to destinations in and around Phuket. All of our entertainment and dining venues are connected by complimentary transport.
No, we are not directly on the beach. We are approximately 170 metres from Surin Beach and the walk is just a few minutes and is accessed by crossing a small public park.
All Rooms and Suites offer either a garden or pool view, the Penthouses offer a partial sea view.
WIFI is complimentary in our limousines, restaurants, beach clubs and throughout the hotel.
Our venues are all open to hotel guests and visitors.
We continuously rejuvenate our hotel and facilities.
Weddings and dinners can be arranged in HQ Beach Lounge and Palm Seaside however, it is not permitted to do so on public beaches.
The Duplex Garden Pool Suite and the Penthouses with rooftop pools are completely private.

The climate is mostly very warm and humid, apart from in the winter months where it is drier and breezy. You should bring very light clothes, cotton, linen and silks and plenty of sunscreen.
The ‘green’ season is a lovely time to visit as the island is quieter. There may be certain times of the day where there is rainfall, but these are the times to visit the spa or read a book, it will not spoil your fun!
