• Full refund for cancellation notification (less 3% bank fees) made:

– 7 days prior to arrival when travelling between Now – 28 Feb 2022
– 48 hours prior to arrival travelling between 01 Mar – 31 Oct 2022
– 14 days prior to arrival travelling between 01 Nov – 20 Dec 2022
– 30 days prior to arrival travelling between 21 Dec – 05 Jan 2023

• For your peace of mind, you will be entitled to choose between a full refund (less 3% bank fees) or a 5% credit on your booking amount valid for 1 year if you incur any of the following:

– A positive COVID-19 PCR test 24 hours before arrival
– Your country of departure imposes a travel ban to Thailand
– Flight cancellation due to COVID-19
