Airline Reservations

For information, reservations or reconfirmations the Front Office desk will be of assistance.
If reconfirmation of flights is required, please hand your airline ticket(s) to our Guest Service, two days prior to your departure.

AIRPORT

Phuket International Airport is located 25 minutes from the hotel. The hotel offers limousine service to the airport. We recommend you leave the hotel oneand a half hours prior to departure for domestic flights and two hours traveling to International destinations.

AIR CONDITION

All our guest rooms are equipped with quite and draft free Air Conditioners. Please select your desired temperature and fan speed at the wall mounted control panel. A setting between 22 and 25 degrees C is suggested, as this is a comfortable range for the local climate. Set the fan to "Auto" for optimal function. If the sliding terrace doors are open for more than a minute the air conditioner cooling will turn off, this is indicated by a red light on the AC control panel and on the control box by the bed.

ATM

Automatic Teller Machines accepting international ATM cards are available on the outside of the tourist office, located at the intersection about 100 meters south of the hotel.

BEACH/POOL TOWEL

Towels are available around the pool and at our beach club. Please, do not use room towels around the pool or at the beach.

BUSINESS CENTER

The Business Center is located on the second floor in the main building. Open from 9 am to 5 pm. For further information please contact the Business Center or our Guest Service Attendant.

BREAKFAST

A lavish breakfast buffet is served in Oriental Spoon from 7 am. Should you wish to have breakfast in your room kindly fill in the breakfast doorknob menu or call Room Service

We regret to advise that personal cheques are not accepted as payment in our hotel.

JET SKI & PARASAILING

Jet Skiing and parasailing cause serious and sometimes even fatal accidents on the island of Phuket. To promote a safe environment we recommend that you do not ride jet skis or go parasailing.

LAUNDRY, DRY CLEANING, PRESSING

The hotel is pleased to supply this service daily. Laundry, dry cleaning, pressing information and bag are located in the wardrobe. Please fill in the form and place it together with the laundry in the bag and contact Housekeeping to pick-up.

The policy of the hotel and the law governing hotels requires registration for overnight visitors. The hotel reserves the right to refuse entry of visitors with inappropriate behavior, or who fail to comply with the hotel dress code. The pool is open from 7 am to 10 pm. The pool is not supervised by lifeguard. Please be advised that diving is not permitted in the swimming pool. For your safety please check the depth of the water before entering the pool.

SWIMMING PRECAUTIONS

Before swimming, please observe our flag on Surin Beach. The flag will function as a warning to swimmers and will inform you about the swimming conditions.

 

Red
The sea is dangerous. Swimming is forbidden.

 

Half Red, Half Yellow
Lifeguards are on patrol. Swim only between the two flags.

 

Yellow
Caution! Be extra careful when you go into the water.

 

Green
The sea is calm but you should still be careful.

TOPLESS SUNBATHING
